Steel football - 2nd try

On 23 August 2002 came the second test. This one nearly made it! All the panels had been re-welded from inside the sphere. It easily passed the previous failure point of 130 psi so pressure was increased - but at 170 psi a small leak sprang. The next attempt will probably use thinner steel.
